How do I place an order?
All orders can be placed through our website by adding items to your cart and then checking out.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes - we offer a selection of fully customisable buttercream cakes to suit any event. We offer further customisation and personalisation with add ons for the cakes.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?
1 week - for cakes, cupcakes, brownies and sugar cookies.
2 weeks ideally - for custom branded sugar cookies and edible logo cupcakes.

Do you have Vegan & Gluten Free options?
Yes - we offer Vegan & Gluten Free Vanilla and Chocolate in our cupcake range.

How do I store my cake / bento cake?
Cakes and Bento Cakes should be refrigerated until ready for consumption. Once you're ready to enjoy your cake, take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before eating to ensure the buttercream is nice and soft.

How do I store my cupcakes?
Cupcakes should be kept in an air-tight container at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.
Best consumed within 1-3 days -
How do I store my brownies?
Brownies should be kept in an air-tight container at room temperature.

How do I store my sugar cookies?
Sugar cookies should be kept in their individual package, in an air-tight container at room temperature.
Best consumed within 3-4 weeks -
How do I transport my cake?
Cakes should be transported in a well air-conditioned vehicle. To prevent damage to your cake, it is advised you keep the cake on the floor and drive with caution. Please place your cake in the fridge as soon as possible.

Cupcakes, brownies and cookies should be transported in a well air-conditioned vehicle. It is advised to keep your treats on the car floor and drive with caution to avoid them tipping over.

What do I do if I want to make a slight change to my order?
We understand that life is crazy, and plans change all the time. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or event cancellation, however we can offer change of date or small changes to designs if necessary. Please contact us via email (milkandeggsbakingco@gmail.com) asap with your order name and number, and the changes you would like to make.
We require a minimum of 4 days notice for all amendments. -
Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
Unfortunately as our items take a considerable amount of time to prepare, as well as being very customisable, we cannot offer any refunds for change of mind. We strive to deliver the highest quality of products for each and every one of you. If you need to change the date of your order, please get in contact with us via email (milkandeggsbakingco@gmail.com) as soon as possible.

Local pick up
Local pick up is located in Marangaroo, WA, Australia.
We offer pick ups on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. If you need your cake for a Tuesday or Thursday, please order for day prior pick up. It will stay fresh for a week in the fridge!
Please select a suitable pick up time and date on the calendar located on the cart page.
Ensure you arrive within your allocated pick up time, if you are running behind please contact Lauren on 0452394255.
If you do not arrive on time and without notice, your order may be cancelled and will not be refunded.
